About the job
- Construct and install wooden staircases according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Use a variety of woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials, using measuring tools such as rulers, pencils, and tape measures.
- Cut, shape, and smooth wooden parts to prepare them for assembly.
- Assemble and fasten parts to form complete units, using various hand tools and power tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter, particularly in woodworking and staircase manufacturing.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking tools and machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Fluent in English.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment.
About the company
The company has been producing models for the precast industry for more than 25 years. They mainly focus on producing stairs. You will find here a very good working atmosphere and a nice job for a long term employment.
What we offer
Salary starting from €15,50, depending on experience and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. You will receive also holiday hours and payment of 8,33%;
You'll be working from Monday till Friday, with stable working hours.
We provide a comfortable accommodation in the North of the Netherlands with a company car for commuting. Also we arrange when needed a Dutch health insurance.
