About the job
As a paving specialist, your role will involve a range of essential tasks focused on delivering high-quality paving solutions. You will be responsible for executing various types of paving work, including laying asphalt, concrete, and other materials, with precision and attention to detail.
Site preparation will also be a key part of your duties, where you will grade, level, and clear areas to create optimal conditions for paving. Collaboration is vital in this role, as you will work closely with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth project execution, maintaining effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in all aspects of paving work.
- Strong ability to work independently and think critically to overcome challenges.
- VCA diploma or a willingness to obtain it through Abiant.
- Valid driver’s license B/E.

What we offer
Salary between €13,68 and €15,48, depending on experience and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement. You will receive also holiday hours and payment of 8,33%;
Full-time position of 40 hours in 5 days, on weekdays;
We provide a comfortable accommodation in the North of the Netherlands with a company car for commuting. Also we arrange when needed a Dutch health insurance.
